Pollinator gardens, planned properly

Plant for the bees that live on your street.

Buzzing Bloomz builds gardens for the bees actually recorded near you — not a national top ten. Our planner, BeeGuide, turns a ZIP code and a tape measure into a planting map, a shopping list and a month-by-month calendar.

Start with your ZIP code

We'll look up your climate and your local bees. Soil details come next.

How it works

From a ZIP code to a garden plan

  1. Describe your bed

ZIP code, soil pH, moisture, sunlight, and how big the bed is. Climate and frost dates are looked up for you.

  2. Meet your bees

Every verified native bee sighting within 15 miles, from iNaturalist. Honey bees and other introduced species are left out, and the plan says so.

  3. Get your plan

A planting map drawn to scale, what to buy on which trip, and a calendar of when each plant flowers. Print it or take it to the nursery.

Why it's different

Not another generic pollinator list

Your bees, not everyone's

Recommendations come from the species recorded near you and the plants they have been documented visiting.

Flowers all season

Bloom months come from thousands of local observations of these plants actually in flower — and the plan is honest about the months it cannot fill.

It fits your bed

Spacing, counts and placement come from your measurements, so nothing is planted where it cannot grow.

It shows its evidence

Every plant lists how many local bee species visit it, and how well that is documented.

Your garden plan takes about a minute.
